Football GM is a highly customizable game. Most of this is done through God Mode, where a ton of customization settings are available. However it is possible to go even further by making custom League Files, which contain the data of a Football GM league - teams, players, stats, etc. League Files have two main purposes:

Football GM works best with 32 teams, 16 in each conference, and 4 in each division. If you have more or less teams, it will still work, but generated schedules (and maybe some other aspects of the game) will be less balanced.
