Mar 25, 2017 · Boston College and Villanova are essentially the same school, with the same attributes and limitations. The only difference is that suburban Boston location is preferable to suburban Philly location. BC campus is somewhat more attractive than 'Nova, although the new building project at Nova will improve the campus significantly.

Dec 17, 2016 · The culture at Villanova is not “elitist” or “snobby” in the traditional, “I’m better than you” sense of those words. That said, Villanova students tend to come from very similar backrounds…most are from affluent, suburban families from NY, NJ, Pa. About half the students went to Catholic high schools.

Mar 20, 2024 · So this kind of interesting to me…the number of applicants has been flat over the last 3 years (approx 23,500-24,000) and the target class size is the same for each of those years but the acceptance rate was 23% for the class of 2026, 20.5% for the class of 2027, and 23.5% for the class of 2028.
