After the fifth round, the competition moves to the quarter-finals, which is the last round before Wembley.

Second tier FA Cup giant-killers Plymouth Argyle drew a fifth round game at reigning Premier League champions Manchester City on Monday as reward for their shock 1-0 defeat of Liverpool at the weekend.

Cardiff City have drawn Premier League Aston Villa in the fifth round of the FA Cup. The Bluebirds defeated Stoke City at the weekend. The scores were locked at 3-3 after 120 minutes, but the Welsh capital city club managed to win on penalties to progress through to round five for the first time in 11 years.
