Only four laps into the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season, Kaden Honeycutt took a wild ride. Honeycutt started eighth in Friday's race and worked his way up to the top-five in the opening laps. On lap four, Honeycutt took the lead, maneuvering around the ThorSport Racing duo of Ben Rhodes and Ty Majeski.

A handful of laps later, however, was a different story. Chandler Smith attempted a late block on Lap 15 over Justin Haley, sending his car for a spin into the outside wall. That collected others further back, including other open cars needing to race their way into Sunday’s main event.
