The Raiders hired Pete Carroll as their next head coach and now the team is looking at a former staffer from his Seahawks days.

Carroll is easily the NFL's oldest active head coach, leading Reid by nearly seven years. His hiring means four of the NFL's six oldest coaches are all in the AFC West, as Reid (66), Harbaugh (61) and Payton (61) are all among the league's most experienced leaders.
