Two regional law firms in the Middle East, Matouk Bassiouny and Abu Dhabi’s Balfaqeeh Advocates, have announced they intend to merge their UAE offices. The tie-up, which will operate as Matouk Bassiouny & Balfaqeeh, will unite the firms’ respective Abu Dhabi and Dubai teams and resources, the firms said in a statement.
