AUSTIN – Shockwaves from the Luka Doncic trades have reached the highest levels of Texas government. Gov. Greg Abbott said Monday he was stunned the Dallas Mavericks traded their biggest star to the Los Angeles Lakers, a move that has sparked protests from fans.
