Fire crews are still battling multiple wildfires across Southern California, including the Hughes Fire which broke out Wednesday and has already torched more than 10,000 acres and forced tens of thousands of evacuations in north Los Angeles County.

California should, then, follow a University of Chicago conclusion: “Wildfire emissions need to be a key part of climate policy if California is going to meet its emission reduction goals.” Instead, Newsom and company use climate change as an excuse, suggesting in essence that their hands are tied until we reverse the Earth’s climate trajectory.

Jan. 25 A new wildfire was reported today at 8:26 a.m. in Los Angeles County. The wildfire has been burning on private land. At this time, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it remains undetermined.
